Fred Funk is one of my favorite Pro golfers. As one of the shortest drivers on tour, he is always an underdog. What he did yesterday in the Skins game was a hoot! And he topped it off by making a bundle. The best line was when Fred, wearing the skirt, asked Tiger how much he should allow for the putt being off line, and his answer was, "about two balls out." The whole place broke up.

In a Skins Game first, Fred Funk played a hole worth $75,000 while wearing a pink flowered skirt, outsidethebeltway.com his penalty for being outdriven by Annika Sorenstam. But the 49-year-old Funk got the last laugh on a silly Saturday in the desert, rolling in a 15-foot eagle putt from the fringe on No. 9 to win $225,000 and six skins.
