Eventually Giuliani will have to open his mouth and actually talk about issues. I remain patiently open minded about him as I wait to find out what he wants to do as President.

The pre-nomination period is an excellent opportunity to extract promises about taxes and spending from candidates. If they resist, well, that tells you most of all you need to know about thenm.

That is the generally accepted view, but I am coming around, and I am a conservative, so perhaps others will too?
