PQT...shares traded are more than float: a person sold then bought then sold again...it is a typical day trade for 1/8 to 1/4 spread gain...say one bought at 4 sold at 4 1/4 then from the LEVEL 2 this person saw there is great demand...this person bought again at 4 1/2 then sold at 4 3/4... Each time this person has a lot of 1000 shares then you can figure out the gain and the circulation of number of shares changing hands....BUt from the news this PQT has established itself as a data service provider....
