Please stop your nonsense about 100C on Intel mobile parts
in deep sleep state. Look into the same Table 41 you
just quoted, right-most column called "Notes".
It says: both deep and "deeper" sleep modes were
measured at 35C.

The last line in the Table 41 is the specification for
Tj, which can be anywhere from 0 to 100C, and has
nothing to do with other specific specifications listed
in other lines of the Table 41.

It is amazing how selective could people be.
