What risk of Iraqi nukes? The risk of direct use against the US is slight but there is a risk that sometime in the future Iraq could do something like invade Kuwait again or attack some other country and then threaten to use nukes in the region if the US intervened. Also if this ever happened and it worked every hostile country would seek to get nukes so they could deter an American conventional intervention. Tim
