Sure, if you leave a secure area, but not when you're in a secure area containing only people with the appropriate clearance. That's really no different from putting the computer in the safe.

Especially when they are out in the public and subject to kidnappers and others with evil intent.

But they're not out in public and presumably there are no evildoers about. That's the point.

Besides, how to you pee with a computer hanging on your wrist? <g>
