Trump did inform Congress.


He simply chose not to inform those who were security risks. You can't be telling Pelosi and Schumer stuff like this in advance. Their loyalties have been shown to be against the United States interests.


There is no requirement to inform ALL of congress or even the Gang of Eight.


However, your twit failed to name the "sources" and that website is on the "No Anonymous Sources Accepted" list in my household. Too fucking many lies.
