Based on today's articles, analysts view the sale as being positive for CGI, and not neutral as I thought. The articles bring up some interesting points. All the shares were pre-bought and at a good price (compared to other deals that we have seen where the price is significnatly below market). Also inportant is that investors outbid a potential rival company.
