Thank you so much for listing this link. I found free software to download to check my own computer - here is the link: survive-2000.com. I have already tried the free version. Sadly, my own pc is non-compliant. My BIOS and RTC cannot handle conversion to the year 2000. My Windows 95 does.

Well, I just found a new excuse to buy a new motherboard and cpu besides speed.
(I currently have a 486DX-50, but it only runs at 40 mhz.)
