John, Not much to add beyond what I said before in this post: techstocks.com These behemoths take their time doing anything, they registered for the sale almost a year ago, so I imagine it will be quite sometime before anything actually happens. Of course GMH holders can still get screwed since it doesn't really represent ownership in GMH, just entitlement to a share of it's profits. I personnally am looking forward to being bought by my old company McDonnell Douglas, where a share of stock would be "real" ownership.
