Founders Acquire Over 1 Million Shares of NetSol Technologies, Inc. (NTWK)

Purchased at the price of $0.87 on May 14, 2010, Najeeb Ghauri, CEO and Chairman, acquired 375,000 shares of stock, Salim Ghauri, President APAC, acquired 350,000 shares, and Naeem Ghauri, President NTE, acquired 309,383 shares. Each founder filed an SEC Form 4 to report the acquisition.
