Hi, check out one of my earlier postings, where I go in more detail on my views on the US long/JPY short time bomb. Now I really think we will see first of all a choppy market.

I think we will see the traders banging the market down, for then picking it up again, but everytime you will see the bottoms getting lower and the spikes not going as far as last time.

And then MAYBE you will get a really bad correction, or you could see a longer bear market. I think maybe the last will be the most likely possibility.

The US economy is not rolling very well you know. There is not a recession and the economy is still growing at about 1-1,5 % (this is my view). But this is not enough with the lofty prices you see on US equity. Why is Coca-Cola priced at a P/E of about 40?? Is this rational? Or may it be that so much money has been poured into the market that share prices have been pushed up too much.

Someday somebody have to look down. Greenspan has !!
