Voice It also tried to merge with AVRI. Do you think NCII will give MEMO the manufacturing job to help get MEMO out of bankruptcy? I guess being the recongnized leader in handheld voice recording devices (MEMO) doesn't necessarily generate cash flow. I guess if AVRI wasn't interested in merging with MEMO, they won't be interested in buying NCII. AVRI also has a patented operating system. I am not sure about whether or not it can compete or even replace MicroOS.
