Look for another job. If the 12 % ROI is correct your company is saying that the maximum they can get on an investment of their after tax profits is 12 %. This is very low. Check out any text on Corporate Economics or better yet get from the library a book of Buffet's yearly report to the Birkshire Hathaway stockholders. Gene
