I am all for the SEC and I stand behind them in their actions. It's a shame they are so understaffed that a lot of the cases you see brought are from things people did 4 or 5 years ago. Bush cut their budget this year so things aren't going to get any better. In the survey I mentioned to them that they should petition congress for the right to bring criminal charges against fraudsters. A lot of the cases they do have that could be prosecuted are turned over to the dept of justice and nothing is ever done.
