Well, whaddya know? Just saw a quick mention on CNBC about them being down last night. Of course, it had the usual "while we were upgrading our system" spin to it. I, for one, will be watching closely after the close to see what the earnings report is like. As for the news about the brewing fight between AOL and forum chiefs, I understand a strike on Friday is being called for. If this happens, I suppose it'll get in the news. Wonder if any confirmation will come out that lots are just abandoning the system, making a strike moot.
