This post courtesy of the CPQ thread cites slower than expected growth in the consumer PC arena due to higher prices.

DELL was counting on SMB and Consumer to make up for any shortfall in the Enterprise area.

In any event it does not look like growth has slowed much and DELL Q4 last year was weak so the YOY comparisons will be better for DELL than its competitors on that basis.
