NOK should have eliminated the dividend a long time ago, but it was a neat way for people to bid up the stock thinking they were getting a phat dividend.

Apple goes down 10% today, pushing the yield back to 2.25%. NOK goes down 10% today and the yield is now gone. Probably be 3 to 5 years before they talk about a dividend increase. Probably less than 3 months before Apple talks about deploying more cash to shareholders for higher dividends and buybacks. Last year, they came out 1 week after bank stress tests.
