Geez Coz, if those holding phantom unregistered shares are unprotected in the event that the shorters have no money or can't be located or even if phanton shareholders would be involved in lengthy litigation (sharing what little money could be extracted with lawyers) you are sending out one hell of a sell signal!!! I think this issue needs to be addressed further.... Nice move up...
