Billy Ban - Re:"AMD came along a slight bit under Intel" When the K6 was introduced Jerry "the Marketing Genius" Sanders brayed to the world that AMD would sell its processor 25% below Intel for an similar speed. AMD has continued to sell at about that level below Intel, plus or minus, ever since. That is not a little bit !! What it produces are losses for 5 out of 6 years as AMD tries to put the "hurt" on Intel with its Jerryhad. Meanwhile, the AMDroids cheer loudly.
