no on both (employee/shareholder), I was trading dec some in 1997.

Even SGI, as cheap as it seems, is at price/sales of 0.7 at
Friday's price. Dec sales were $90/share, most of that in europe.
At CPQ's p/s ratio that would be $180. This acquisition is indeed
a good one and a bargain price, especially with most of the Intel
haranguing out of the way.
