CD: Target prices really seem to be strictly dependent on market sentiment of the sector at the time of the target. A couple months ago, if an big analyst like Solly came out and set a target on an Inet, you could almost bank on it hitting within the week. Now, seems like we have a little saturation. Take a look at Triffin's major watch list and look at some of those decliners.....NTBK may be a good play as well as it fell on no volume. Certainly a bit scary here. J
