4 - Yep, shortly after moving back to Houston. I got one early this year myself - called after the doc ordered it and it was scheduled a couple days later. No 6 mo delays as in Canada.

5 - have no idea.

6 - he had surgery shortly after and is recovered now w/o back pain.

7 - if surgery had been delayed he'd have been in pain much longer.

8 - have no idea

9 - a 6 mo delay for MRI's is standard in Canada. The system holds down costs by spending little on MRi machines so there's always a lenghty wait to get an MRI.

There are no delays here. There was no disagreement with anyone involved.

BTW most of your posts are beneath reply so in the future I think I'll simply ignore most of them.
