My mistake on the addressee of the post Larry. But the song is the same. I have offered a number of things which I consider substantial to management, chasing down IB leads (never got an investor package from IR I wasn't embarassed to show), an opportunity for good press (ignored - opportunity squandered) and other things which I sent up through various people either at or closely connected with the company (all ignored). I've contacted the company numerous times by phone, fax and e-mail (all ignored with the exception of one call with Russ Smith which actually convinced me that discussion is probably futile anyway). How much exactly of the management function do you believe it is proper for shareholders to exercise. If we must all offer substantial contributions, what the hell are we paying his Sidneyship for?
