If so what company would want to deal with an organization that's proven to be a systematic liar.

Unfortunately, given NOK's position in the market place, notwithstanding proof or evidence that it's a "systematic liar, Q still wants to deal with them, as WCDMA represents the lion's share of Q's top line growth for the next several years.
