BIDS is the symbol. You are incorrect in your assumption that the "BIDS" symbol can not be used. Biddeford & Saco Wtr Co currently occupies the symbol, but they are listed on the OTC-BB. With 4 letter symbols NASDAQ listed securities take preference and so any OTC-BB company that currently occupies a given symbol that a NASDAQ company wants is forced to switch. GG
