LIAR. The GOP cannot win without cheating. That is what Rove figured out. first he had to divide the nation with dishonest smears and wedge issues, then pick key states in which to steal the election. That was his strategy in a nutshell. And in order to win, no rules or laws need be obeyed at all.

Even Reagan had the Iranian hostages held until after the election as his big cheat. Carter would have won otherwise. Richard Armitage arranged that in Paris in exchange for military shipments to the Ayotallah. All true. And remember Watergate.

Though Nixon did win legitimately, along with Reagan's second term.
