This is the best fairy tale of incest since Tristan Und Isolde. By now it should be obvious to all but the terminally comatose and the criminally motivated that this whole Chinese Fire Drill is solely for the enrichment of Mr. John and his connected entourage. Watch for more self-dealing, then at least a 1-for-50 reverse split. This is what would be necessary to get the stock price high enough above the NNMS price requirements to give it a trading "cushion", make it marginable and thus shortable so the whole process of dilution-down-the-drain can start all over again. At the shareholder's expense, of course.
