I spoke of their "allegiance"...not their legal requirements. Allegiance is based on group identity and interaction. The pretense that allegiance (in the context I voiced it) is required by law, is simply contrived foolishness.

What nonsense. I was speaking only of "INTELLIGENT sharing". By definition, it does not refer to any sharing that was ignorant and stupid. Of course, if you believe that ALL sharing is stupid...well, that is your right.
