Vernalis could be an interesting munch candidate. Message 18731308 Worse than expected results, working capital shortfall, and CEO quitting have left them without any credible defences. And yet they are still forecasting being cash flow positive in 2004 on Frova royalties. Might Roche step in to prevent disruption to their joint programmes ? Then there is always arch opportunist Celltech... Current cap. is around £20m.
