Re: Insider Buying ALYD already has in place a stock options plan for its employees. Today their stock purchase plan begins. They can spend up to 9% of their paycheck to buy stock at 15% less than either yesterday's closing price or the closing price 6 months from now, whichever is lower. I think it's poetic justice that the hardworking employees of ALYD actually will become richer because the stock has been beaten down lately. As for your '96 posts forecasting ALYD's run-up: Wow, I never knew. While most people are content to just taste the apple, you are busy shaking the tree. Uncanny. - Jeff
