TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1998--ALPHA DIAMOND
CORPORATION (OTC BB:ALDM - news), a Nevada Company

PE, 2 strikes on this one. First its a canadian company, Second its a Nevada company.

CEO says someone is shorting this stock and causing it to be undervalued. Dividend is to be declared for shareholders as of May 1.

My question is, if the MM's are shorting this and there are 900,000
shareholders for the 600,000 float, who is responsible for the the dividend and/or who are the real shareholders?

Or do MM's need to cover their short by the end of today?

It took 1/2 an hour for me to get a fill this morning at market
