"Regulators aren't talking" is a more accurate headline.
The article is carefully written to avoid further investigation.

Nothing in the article says it didn't happen. It attempts instead to declare it a "normal" spike in trading, then argues with facts not in evidence. Instead it argues with other bogus headlines.

The way to get the truth is to disclose facts.
The facts we have in evidence so far are:
(1)no one denies the trades, and
(2)our gov't is going to great lengths to avoid disclosing who made them.
