I have a severe food allergy to GMO corn. I get delicious meals out, when I have to eat out, without salt, because almost no restaurant sauces are safe for me. I tell them to just cook me a plain chicken breast with steamed veggies. I've done it a lot of places- it's always great. Then I have them bring me olive oil and vinegar for my seasonings. I happen to like vinegar on just about everything. You can eat out anywhere and be healthy, you just need to ask for what you want. Of course it helps that I have a little medical alert card to send back to the chef. They are always super careful with my meals.
