CNBC: Enron first fraud example: buying put options backed up with company's stock. One giant circle jerk! The only problem, every single tech company did the same thing all through the bubble. Dell made more money selling puts than it did by selling computers during 1999-2000. If congress starts looking wider than enron, look out.
