When gas prices go up the price of food goes up commensurately. In Boone NC which is a three thousand mile climb up mountains the price of food is higher than here in Sarasota. The big transport trucks bring in everything... No airport. So as gas goes so goes food prices and inflation. ? NO ? Yes ?
