Parents warned of popular Web site One of the cases I handled at the ACLU was a Utah kid that posted an innocuous "I hate school" kind of comment on Myspace, and the local DA charged him with felony terroristic threat. Our ability to communicate on the Web has far surpassed the creation of norms about what is prudent or appropriate to communicate. Combine that with the impulse to scare monger, like this article, and there will be trouble. Derek
