The redoubtable Edwarda has already planned the festivities for the summer solstice. At the time she determined that June 21 was the next celebration that would lend itself nicely to the Beltane spirit, everyone assumed that the Beltane thread was over and done with. But some parties just don't want to end.

BTW, it was very warm on Beltane; it must have been, so very many attendees were unclothed.
