Ouch at all all-time low. I don't follow SONS but ended up here while reviewing old posts. Regarding voice over IP packets, that's what Globalstar Inc needs [which they have presumably already got sorted out for their next constellation, but maybe not]. <The company’s products include switching equipment and software that enable voice services to be delivered over packet-based networks.
