SPRI properties

SPRI (former Colonels International) seems to own and to have options on 296 acres in total in Mount Morris Township, Michigan, where the “sports and entertainment complex” is going to be built or not.

Don’t know what that’s worth, of course, but it may be an explanation for the rise of SPRI.
