World paying for Clinton policies?? He left with a surplus. Yes they were boom-boom days, just the way Reaganites would have liked it without the environmental plundering. And Harvey Pitt shouldn't have been allowed to lead the accountant lobby to squelch the reform Clinton wanted, but otherwise, unless you held your CMGI stock I wouldn't complain. If only we had some of that Clinton economy now. Even a small bit of it. But nowhere in sight. Instead shattered global economy, nations in financial ruin, war fears everywhere, distrust, Kenny Lay still walking free, unemployment rising, bankrupcies rising, real estate propping us up for awhile until -- ?
