Where is Bob? Big 50% rally in the QQQs off the April lows. Bob looking for a 20% pop in October. Messed up the October one royally and received a -60% decline instead. Ignored the April rally and has now done almost a roundtrip. What exactly is the advice now? Hold those half-priced QQQs for yet another month? For what exactly? A declining amount of "dry powder" for some maybe, iffy, MOABO whazzit?
