Leo: RE: secondary offering of IOMG - I really don't know. A scondary offering would certainly be used to raise cash but a) does IOMG need more cash right now than they are generating with sales etc.; and b) is IOMG really in a cash crunch crisis?

Surely, there are other factors to consider such as share dilution, EPS, and P/E ratios. I'll leave that up to others to comment on.

Remember though, this is purely speculative and I really don't know.
