according to fox news.. they only need fifty reps to request a new vote. so if fifty want to get rid of delay we will have a vote in Jan (the vote itself is secret ballot vs the fifty who sign up for the new vote is not). It will be interesting to see how the power players work this out.

I think delay has a chance to survive and hold his leadership. If they call for a vote in January he cannot run with these hearings over his head and is out.
