Einhorn might be rocking the boat which is good up to a point, but he is no more than a leach IMO. His idea appears to create money out of thin air. That is BS. For him to file a lawsuit against Apple is unbelievable. Greed at its finest. Preferred stock is for those companies that can't perform.
