Sandeep:

Your following statements:

Preferred shares will have a market and value. Of course it will and the market will determine what value.

There is a huge class of investors that seek, etc., etc. Obviously.

Apple can't offer that. Not right now but you want to change that, obviously.

A new class of shares can offer that. Again, obvious.

PLEASE, LOGICALLY, EXPLAIN TO ME HOW CREATING THIS NEW CLASS OF SECURITY WILL INCREASE PROFITS, CASH FLOW ETC. THAT WILL SUSTAIN APPLE'S GROWTH.

You say: Existing shareholders can sell this, etc., etc. Of course, there is an open market.

Einhorn is brilliant. Therefore, everyone should follow what he says? Plus, everyone may not agree with your assessment.

BUT NOW IS ONE I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE HOW YOU CAME TO THIS CONCLUSION: THE STOCK PRICE WILL INCREASE BY 100 OVERNIGHT. HOW DID YOU COME TO THIS AMOUNT? SHOULD I TAKE YOUR WORK FOR IT? IF EINHORN SAID IT, SHOULD I BELIEVE HIM BECAUSE HE IS BRILLIANT? WHAT HAPPENS THE NEXT DAY, ONE WEEK LATER?

PLEASE ALLAY MY APPREHENSION BY EXPLAINING, SPECIFICALLY, HOW DOING ALL OF THIS NEW SECURITY CREATION WILL FUEL THE GROWTH THAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED SO FAR.

I KNOW ABOUT CREATING NEW PRODUCTS. THAT IS A GIVEN WITH OR WITHOUT THE NEW CLASS OF SECURITY. BUT, HOW WILL THE CREATION OF THE NEW SECURITY DO ALL OF THIS?
