> fancy with their cash held overseas Sigh. Taxes. If they spend the cash overseas as dividends I'm assuming they pay taxes on the money or there is no differentiation from domestic cash. Then the stockholder pays additional taxes on the dividend... rant, rave... then excise tax and sales tax... in CA one has to pay sales tax on excise tax.
