He said that wasn't going to be part of his agenda - embrace that unless/until he implements it in total.
He says a lot of stuff. No one takes him at his word. Not even his supporters like you.

And he doesn't need to implement it in total. All he has to do is let his minions implement a large part of it while continuing to deny its existence.

Why do you continue to run scared of it?
