koan, I've communicated with your SIL about climate change in the past. He seemed a nice enough person but hardly authoritative in any respect, imo, unless you are arguing formaldehyde, another trace gas measured by parts per trillion in the atmosphere is another trace gas dooming us all with a flawed and incomplete closed model of man-made climate change. You are kidding yourself if you think PSU, Portland State University is a top rate university. It's second to third rate at best, and your SIL mostly teaches entry level physics courses there. What will you default to next, he's a nice guy that means well and drives a used Lexus?

No serious scientist argues climate change isn't real because the climate is always changing, naturally, and mostly driven by solar activity and related events not to mention the waxing and waning of our magnetosphere which is seriously waning now.

Have your kids accelerated their plans to move out of the country now that Trump has won?
