The market should bring the share value below $8 a share just to punish these scammers. Check out their proxy and see the amendment to the share option agreement.

Believe it or not, this company has a share option buyback plan. Insiders can sell to the company their "in the money" options. That's a new twist, you don't even have to exercise and convert the options to stock. Makes it a hell of a lot easier to cash in those options. Sure sounds like people who care more about filling their own pockets than running a company. Its hard to stomach. I guess that's what it has come to, it's all about making a quick buck. Many of these companies are now running their entreprise as options factories rather than going concerns.
